If we ship your order for free we’ll use our Economy Shipping service which is usually delivered within 2-8 business days. Delivery times may be extended during seasonal shipping rushes.

What is Economy Shipping?
Economy Shipping is a mix of carriers we use to keep shipping costs low so we can pass those saving on to you. The most common carriers are the US Postal Service and UPS. To qualify for free shipping with our Economy service, your shipping address must be valid for both USP and UPS deliveries.
Where do we ship orders?
At this time, we only ship to the continental U.S.
How quickly will we ship your order?
Most orders ship out within one business day. Free shipping and Economy shipping services may take an extra business day during busy times. Orders with expedited shipping placed before 2PM PST will ship that day.
How long will your shipment take?
The time-frames listed below are estimates only. Keep in mind that an extra business day for packaging will be needed in addition to the estimates below. Delivery times may be extended during seasonal shipping rushes.

What is an oversized item?
Oversized items come in all shapes and sizes, but they’re usually large. If we designate an item oversized, it may not be eligible to ship to your location or it may incur an additional charge. If an item incurs an additional charge, that charge will be listed on the product page and/or in your cart during checkout. Some examples of oversized items are: travel luggage, kayaks, SUP boards, surfboards, crash pads, cargo boxes, car racks, large tents, unicorns, camp furniture and other large or heavy items.
What is a hazardous item?
We may not be able to ship some items because they pose a threat to you or the carrier, and some items may only be able to ship via “ground” carriers. Some examples of these items are: pressurized fuel canisters, batteries, ABS airbag packs or cylinders, and pressurized flotation devices.
